Strataventure represents the diverse experience of its founder Robert Anton Franken who has worked in the corporate setting, in the not-for-profit arena, and in the faith community both as a senior leader and as a consultant. Through his years of lobbying and advocacy, he developed a keen sense of the importance of relationships in the life of organizations. He is gifted with the rare ability to examine a problem and to speak the resulting truth in a clear and unbiased manner, even when it is not popular or pleasant. Franken can often discovering hidden opportunities that enable organizations to consider new options for the future.
